SAC table2 support

    The new SAC table2 is currently not fully supported, because biExport is unable to get its metadata when it is just custom cells or force SAC to render the table completely.

    A workaround to force SAC back to the older table implementation is by adding the following code to e.g. the story page onInitialization script:

    // .openNavigationPanel()

    Yes, it is correct that this is just a code comment, but it is enough to revert back to the older table implementation.
