Define Export Publications fast & intuitively

With version 2021.10 of biExport we are providing an improved UI for scheduling exports! This makes the process of creating a schedule even more intuitive and also very easy to learn for key users without a technical background!

First, the UI has been rearranged so you will find the parameters for Scheduling, Export Documents and SAC Settings more easily:

Also, it is not necessary anymore to use the Download and Upload features of the biExport scheduler, also if more complex schedules shall be created.

URL parameters can now be maintained easily on the UI:

The same is true for Mail Recipients:

Also other fields like Visible Components, Stories and Applications are now using tags to show the user selections (instead of the rather technical JSON that was displayed before):

Last but not least, the process that SAP offers to find out parameters to filter a Story via URL parameters is rather technical and unfortunately not quite intuitive. This is why the new biExport Scheduler UI provides value helps for:
